To create new Certificates:

unset PYTHON_INSTALL_LAYOUT; rm -rf /root/.local/share/letsencrypt/; /root/certbot-auto --debug;`

To renew your certificates.

unset PYTHON_INSTALL_LAYOUT; rm -rf /root/.local/share/letsencrypt/; /root/certbot-auto --debug renew;
